Article text
يشترط في كل عضو مؤسس للشركة ما يلي:-
أ - أن يكون حسن السيرة والسلوك ولم يسبق الحكم عليه بجناية او جنحة مخلة بالشرف أو
الأخلاق أو الآداب العامة.
ب - ألا يكون قد تقرر إعساره أو سبق إشهار إفلاسه في المملكة أو خارجها ما لم يكن قد رد إليه
اعتباره.
ج- ألا يكون قد سبق إلغاء الترخيص الممنوح له بممارسة أي من أنشطة التمويل من البنك.
د- ألا يكون قد سبق وأن صدر امر بمنعه من العمل في أي من الشركات الخاضعة لرقابة البنك.
