Article text
أ- يشترط لترخيص الشركة أن لا يقل الحد الأدنى لرأسمالها المدفوع عن:-
1 - ثمانية ملايين دينار لشركة التمويل المتخصص التي تمارس نشاط التمويل العقاري ونشاط
. التأجير التمويلي أو أيا منهما
2 - خمسة ملايين دينار لشركة التمويل المتخصص التي تمارس نشاط منح الائتمان المباشر
. ونشاط التخصيم أو أيا منهما
3 - مليوني دينار لشركة التمويل الأصغر.
4 - مليوني دينار لشركة التمويل الجماعي القائم على الإقراض في حال كان نموذج عملها يتيح
. لها المشاركة في منح الائتمان المباشر
5 - خمسمائة ألف دينار لشركة التمويل الجماعي القائم على الإقراض.
ب- على الرغم مما ورد في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة، للبنك ان يصدر أوامر خاصة يحدد فيها الحد
الأدنى لرأسمال أي من شركات التمويل حسب طبيعة أعمالها أو حجمها أو أي اعتبار آخر.
