لا يجوز صرف أي مبلغ من أموال الغرفة الا بقرار من المجلس يبين فيه أوجه صرف هذا المبلغ ،
ويستثنى من
ذلك المصاريف الطارئة او الدورية على ان يتم تحديدها ومقدارها بموجب تعليمات يضعها
المجلس لهذه الغاية .
