أ- تختص غرف التجارة بإصدار شهادات المنشأ لما يلـــي :-
1 -البضائع الأجنبية المعاد تصديرها .
2 . -المنتجات الزراعية والحيوانية بعد الحصول على الوثائق المطلوبة من الجهات المختصة
ب- تحدد إجراءات إصدار شهادات المنشأ من الغرف التجارية والشروط اللازمة لإصدارها والبيانات
التي تتضمنها
وجميع الأمور المتعلقة بها بموجب تعليمات يصدرها الوزير لهذه الغاية .
