Article text
يشترط في مدير المكتب المتفرغ المراد تعيينه أن يكون:-
أ- أردني الجنسية.
ب- مالكاً للمكتب أو أحد الشركاء فيه أو أحد المفوضين في السجل التجاري في الشؤون
المالية أو الإدارية.
ج- حسن السيرة والسلوك وغير محكوم عليه بجناية أو جنحة مخلة بالشرف ما لم يرد اليه اعتباره.
د- لديه خبرة عملية في أعمال مكاتب السياحة والسفر.
هـ- اجتياز دورة تدريبية متخصصة في أعمال مكاتب السياحة والسفر لدى جهة معتمدة من
الوزارة.
