- أ-يلتزم المكتب بما يلي:-
1 -توفير مقر للمكتب، وتقديم سند ملكية أو عقد إيجار ساري المفعول يخول المستأجر استعماله
. مكتباً سياحياً مصدق حسب الأصول
2 - تعيين مدير متفرغ للمكتب.
3 - أن يعلن عن اسم المكتب أو الفرع بلافتة مكتوبة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية على مدخله
. ومدخل المبنى الذي يقع فيه وفق أحكام التشريعات ذوات العلاقة
4 - استخدام ما لا يقل عن ثلاثة موظفين أردنيين بمن فيهم المدير ويستثنى من هذا الشرط
. المكاتب التي تمارس أعمالها إلكترونياً والمصنفة من الوزارة شريطة تعيين مدير متفرغ لها
( ب- تستثنى من أحكام البندين 1 ) ( و 3 ) من الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة المكاتب التي تمارس
أعمال مكاتب وشركات السياحة والسفر إلكترونياً.
