أ-يقدم طلب تصنيف المكتب إلى الوزارة على النموذج المُعتمد لهذه الغاية مرفقاً به الوثائق
المطلوبة.
ب- يصدر الوزير قراره في الطلب بناء على تنسيب لجنة فرعية تشكل لهذه الغاية خلال مدة لا
تتجاوز شهراً من تاريخ تقديم الطلب المستوفي الشروط، وبخلاف ذلك يعتبر الطلب مقبولا
حكماً.
