على الشركة تزويد المراقب خلال مدة لا تزيد على عشرة أيام من تاريخ اجتماع الهيئة العامة
( المنصوص عليه في المادة 4 ) من هذا النظام بما يلي:-
, متضمنا اسمه وبياناته وعنوانه وعليه أ - موافقة المصفي الخطية على قرار تعيينه مصفياً
إعلام المراقب بأي تغيير يطرأ على عنوانه.
ب - البيانات المالية الخاصة بأعمال الشركة منظمة حسب الأصول عن آخر سنتين من ممارستها
أعمالها ان وجدت إلا إذا كانت مدة عمل الشركة تقل عن ذلك.
ج - كشف تفصيلي بأموال وممتلكات الشركة بما فيها حقوق الشركة لدى الغير.
د - كشف اولي بأسماء دائني ومديني الشركة يحدد بمقتضاه مبلغ الدين والرهون والتأمينات
وتاريخ استحقاق كل منها وعناوين الدائنين والمدينين
هـ - أي وثائق أو معلومات أخرى يطلبها المراقب.
