1 - تبطل الحوالة اذا انتفى احد شرائط انعقادها ويعود الدين على المحيل.
2 - فاذا كان المحال عليه قد دفع الى المحال له قبل تبين البطلان فانه يكون مخيراً بين الرجوع
على المحيل او على المحال
له.
