1 - اذا مات المحيل قبل استيفاء دين الحوالة المقيدة اختص المحال له بالمال الذي بذمة المحال
عليه او بيده
في اثناء حياة المحيل.
2 - ويبقى اجل الدين في الحوالة بنوعيها اذا مات المحيل ويحل بموت المحال عليه.
