للشريك على الشيوع بيع حصته بلا اذن الشريك الاخر الا في صورة الخلط والاختلاط فانه لا يجوز
البيع بغير
اذن شريكه وليس له ان يتصرف في حصته تصرفا مضرا بدون اذن شريكه.
