اتخاذ ملاك الطبقات والشقق
1 - حيثما وجدت ملكية مشتركة لعقار مقسم الى طبقات او شقق جاز للملاك ان يكونوا اتحادا
فيما بينهم لادارته
وضمان حسن الانتفاع به.
2 - ويجوز ان يكون الغرض من تكوين الاتحاد بناء العقارات او مشتراها لتوزيع ملكية اجزائها على
. اعضائه
3 - يخضع الاتحاد في تأليفه ونظامه وادارته وصلاحيته وما يتعلق به لاحكام القوانين الخاصة
