1 - على وصي التركة ان يودع المحكمة التي صدر منها قرار تعيينه خلال ثلاثة اشهر من تاريخ
التعيين بياناً
بما للتركة وما عليها وتقدير قيمة هذه الاموال وعليه اخطار ذوي الشأن بهذا الايداع بكتاب
مضمون.
2 - ويجوز له ان يطلب من المحكمة مد هذا الميعاد اذا وجد ما يبرر ذلك.
