1 - يجوز لمالك الارض التي تتحول عن مكانها بسبب حادث وقع قضاء ان يطالب بها اذا تحققت
معرفتها ويضمن صاحب
الارض الاكثر قيمة، لصاحب الارض الاقل قيمة قيمتها ويمتلكها.
2 - ولا تسمع دعوى المطالبة بها بعد مضي سنة على وقوع الحادث.
