اذا اتخذ نهر مجرى جديدا كان لاصحاب الاراضي المجاورة للمجرى القديم حق اخذ هذا المجرى ببدل
المثل كل
في الجزء الذي يقع امام ارضه حتى خط مفترض في وسط المجرى ويوزع ثمن المجرى القديم
على اصحاب الارض التي شغلها المجرى
الجديد كل بنسبة ما فقد من ارضه.
