1 - اذا اجتمعت اسباب الشفعة قدم الشريك في نفس العقار ثم الخليط في حق المبيع ثم الجار

2 - ومن ترك من هؤلاء الشفعة او سقط حقه فيها انتقلت الى من يليه في الرتبة.
