1 - ترفع دعوى الشفعة على المشتري لدى المحكمة المختصة.
2 - وتفصل في كل نزاع يتعلق بالثمن الحقيقي للعقار المشفوع ولها ان تمهل الشفيع شهرا
لدفع ما تطلب منه دفعه والا بطلت
شفعته.
