اذا اقترنت الحيازة باكراه او حصلت خفية او كان فيها لبس فلا يكون لها اثر تجاه من وقع عليه
الاكراه او
اخفيت عنه الحيازة او التبس عليه امرها الا من الوقت الذي تزول فيه هذه العيوب.
