على المنتفع ضمان قيمة الشيء المنتفع به اذا تلف او هلك بعد انقضاء مدة الانتفاع ولم يرده
لمالكه مع امكان
الرد ولو لم يستعمل ذلك الشيء بعد انقضاء المدة وان لم يطلبه المالك.
