ينتهي حق المساطحة:
1 - بانتهاء المدة.
2 . - باتحاد صفتي المالك وصاحب الحق
3 . - اذا تخلف صاحب الحق عن اداء الاجرة المتفق عليها مدة سنتين ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك
