1 - يكون الوقف خيريا اذا خصصت منافعه لجهة بر ابتداء.
2 - ويكون ذريا اذا خصصت منافعه الى شخص او اشخاص معينين وذرياتهم من بعدهم ثم الى
جهة من جهات البر عند انقراض الموقوف
عليهم.
3 - ويكون مشتركا اذا خصصت الغلة الى الذرية وجهة البر معا.
