1 - الاب والجد اذا تصرفا في مال الصغير وكان تصرفهما بمثل القيمة او بغبن يسير صح العقد
. ونفذ
2 - اما اذا عرفا بسوء التصرف فللحاكم ان يقيد من ولايتهما او ان يسلبهما هذه الولاية.
