التصرفات الصادرة من الوصي في مال الصغير و التي لا تدخل في اعمال الادارة كالبيع والرهن
والقرض والصلح وقسمة المال الشائع واستثمار النقود لا تصح الا باذن من المحكمة المختصة
وبالطريقة التي تحددها.
