اذا انشأ مالك عقارين منفصلين حقا مجردا ظاهرا بينهما بقي الحق اذا انتقل العقاران او ا
حدهما الى ايدي ملاك اخرين دون تغيير في حالتهما ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك.
