1 - على مالك العقار ان يهيىء سطحه بصورة تسيل معها مياه الامطار في أرضه او في الطريق
العامة، مع مراعاة
القوانين والانظمة الخاصة.
2 - ولا يجوز له اسالة هذه المياه في الارض المجاورة.
