1 - للشريك في عقار شائع ان يرهن حصته ويتحول الرهن بعد القسمة الى الحصة المفرزة التي
تقع في نصيبه مع
مراعاة قيده في دائرة التسجيل.
2 - وتخصص المبالغ التي تستحق له من تعادل الحصص او ثمن العقار لسداد دين الرهن.
