يضمن الراهن العقار المرهون رهناً تأمينياً وهو مسؤولا عن سلامته كاملا حتى تاريخ وفاء الدين
وللمرتهن
ان يعترض على كل نقص في ضمانه وان يتخذ من الاجراءات ما يحفظ حقه على ان يرجع
بالنفقات على الراهن.
