يجوز للراهن ان يطلب من المحكمة اذنا ببيع الشيء المرهون اذا سنحت فرصة لبيعه صفقة
رابحة ولو كان ذلك
قبل حلول اجل الدين وتحدد المحكمة عند الاذن شروط البيع وتفصل في امر ايداع الثمن.
