ثانيا - حقوق الامتياز الخاصة على عقار:
1 - ما يستحق لبائع العقار او مفرغه، من الثمن وملحقاته له حق امتياز على العقار المبيع او

2 - ويجب تسجيل حق الامتياز في دائرة تسجيل الاراضي وتكون مرتبته من تاريخ تسجيله.
