1 - ليس لمن وقع في غلط ان يتمسك به على وجه يتعارض مع ما يقضي به حسن النية.
2 . - ويبقى ملزما بالعقد الذي قصد ابرامه اذا اظهر الطرف الاخر استعداده لتنفيذ هذا العقد
