ثالثا - العقد الصحيح والباطل والفاسد:
أ- العقد الصحيح:
العقد الصحيح هوالعقد المشروع باصله ووصفه بان يكون صادرا من أهله مضافا الى محل قابل
لحكمه وله غرض قائم وصحيح ومشروع واوصافه صحيحة ولم يقترن به شرط مفسد له.
