ب- العقد غير اللازم:
1 - يكون العقد غير لازم بالنسبة الى احد عاقديه او لكليهما رغم صحته ونفاذه اذا شرط له حق
فسخه دون تراض
او تقاض.
2 - ولكل منهما ان يستقل بفسخه اذا كان بطبيعته غير لازم بالنسبة اليه او شرط لنفسه خيار
