1 - يسري على الميراث والوصية وسائر التصرفات المضافة الى ما بعد الموت قانون المورث
. والموصي او من صدر منه التصرف وقت موته
2 - ويسري على شكل الوصية قانون الموصي وقت الايصاء او قانون البلد الذي تمت فيه وكذلك
. الحكم في شكل سائر التصرفات المضافة الى ما بعد الموت
