1 - لا يسقط خيار الرؤية بالاسقاط.
2 - ويسقط برؤية المعقود عليه وقبوله صراحة او دلالة كما يسقط بموت صاحبه وبهلاكه كله او
. بعضه وبتعيبه وبتصرف من له الخيار فيه تصرفا لا يحتمل الفسخ او تصرفا يوجب حقا للغير
