Article text
1 يسري على الالتزامات التعاقدية قانون الدولة التي يوجد فيها الموطن المشترك للمتعاقدين
اذا اتحدا موطنا فان اختلفا سرى قانون الدولة التي تم فيها العقد. هذا ما لم يتفق المتعاقدان
على غير ذلك.
2 - على ان قانون موقع العقار هو الذي يسري على العقود التي ابرمت في شأن هذا العقار.
