1 . - يجب تنفيذ العقد طبقا لما اشتمل عليه وبطريقة تتفق مع ما يوجبه حسن النية
2 - ولا يقتصر العقد على الزام المتعاقد بما ورد فيه ، ولكن يتناول ايضا ما هو من مستلزماته
وفقا للقانون والعرف وطبيعة
التصرف.
