1 . - يسري على الالتزامات غير التعاقدية قانون البلد الذي وقع فيه الفعل المنشىء للالتزام
2 - ولا تسري احكام الفقرة السابقة بالنسبة الى الالتزامات الناشئة عن الفعل الضار على
الوقائع التي تحدث في الخارج وتكون مشروعة في المملكة الاردنية الهاشمية وان كانت تعد غير
مشروعة في البلد الذي وقعت فيه.
