4 - انحلال العقد (الاقالة):
اذا كان العقد صحيحا لازما فلا يجوز لاحد العاقدين الرجوع فيه ولا تعديله ولا فسخه الا بالتراضي او
التقاضي
او بمقتضى نص القانون.
