اذا انحل العقد بسبب البطلان او الفسخ او باي سبب آخر وتعين على كل من المتعاقدين ان يريد
ما استولى عليه
جاز لكل منهما ان يحبس ما أخذه ما دام المتعاقد الاخر لم يرد اليه ما تسلمه منه او يقدم ضمانا
لهذا الرد.
