اذا ظهر من الاحكام الواردة في المواد المتقدمة ان القانون الواجب تطبيقه هو قانون دولة
معينة تتعدد فيها الشرائع، فان القانون الداخلي لتلك الدولة هو الذي يقرر اية شريعة منها يجب
تطبيقها.
