Article 286 of Civil Code No. 43 of 1976
Article text
1 - اذا تغير المغصوب بنفسه يخير المغصوب منه بين استرداد المغصوب او البدل.
2 . - واذا تغير المغصوب بصورة يتغير معها اسمه يضمن البدل
3 - واذا تغير المغصوب بزيادة الغاصب شيئا من ماله يخير المغصوب منه بين ان يدفع قيمة
الزيادة ويسترد المغصوب عينا
وبين ان يضمن الغاصب بدله.
4 - واذا تغير المغصوب النقصان قيمته نتيجة استعمال الغاصب يرد الغاصب العين مع تضمينه
