ثانيا: التنفيذ بما يعادل الوفاء:
أ- الوفاء الاعتياضي:
يجوز للدائن ان يقبل وفاء لدينه شيئا اخر او حقا يؤديه المدين ويخضع الاتفاق على الاعتياض
