اذا كان موضوع الحق هو الامتناع عن عمل واخل به المدين جاز للدائن ان يطلب ازالة ما وقع
مخالفا له او ان
يطلب من القضاء اذنا بالقيام بهذه الازالة على نفقة المدين.
