Article text
1 - الدعوى غير المباشرة:
1 - لكل دائن ولو لم يكن حقه مستحق الاداء ان يباشر باسم مدينه جميع حقوق هذا المدين الا ما
كان منها متصلا
بشخصه خاصة او غير قابل للحجز.
2 - ولا يكون استعمال الدائن لحقوق مدينه مقبولا الا اذا أثبت ان المدين لم يستعمل هذه
الحقوق وان اهماله من شأنه ان
يؤدي الى اعساره ويجب ادخال المدين في الدعوى.
