لا تسمع دعوى عدم نفاذ التصرف بعد انقضاء ثلاث سنوات من اليوم الذي علم فيه الدائن بسبب
عدم نفاذ التصرف
ولا تسمع في جميع الاحوال بعد انقضاء خمس عشرة سنة من وقت صدور التصرف.
