Article text
1 - ينقضي الحق في الاحتباس بخروج الشيء من يد حائزه او محرزه ما لم ينص القانون على غير
. ذلك
2 - ومع ذلك يجوز لمن احتبس الشيء اذا خرج الشيء من يده خفية او بالرغم من معارضته ان
يطلب استرداده خلال ثلاثين يوما
من الوقت الذي علم فيه بخروجه من يده وقبل انقضاء سنة من خروجه.
