يسقط حق المدين في الاجل:-
1 - اذا حكم بافلاسه او اعساره.
2 . - اذا لم يقدم تأمينات الدين المتفق عليها
3 . - اذا نقصت توثيقات الدين بفعله او بسبب لا يد له فيه ما لم يبادر الى تكملتها
