الفصل الرابع
تعدد المحل
الفرع الاول
التخيير في المحل
1 - يجوز ان يكون محل التصرف عدة اشياء على ان تبرأ ذمة المدين اذا ادى واحدا منها.
2 . - ويكون الخيار للمدين اذا كان مطلقا الا اذا قضى الاتفاق او القانون بغير ذلك
