1 - لا يجوز لاحد الشركاء في دين مشترك تأجيله وحده دون موافقة الباقين على هذا التأجيل.
2 - ويجوز له ان يؤجل حصته دون موافقة الباقين وفي هذه الحالة ليس له ان يشاركهم فيما
