اذا لم يوافق الدائن على ابراء باقي المدينين المتضامنين من الدين فليس له ان يطالبهم بغير
الباقي بعد
حسم حصة المدين الذي ابرأه الا اذا احتفظ بحقه في الرجوع عليهم بكل الدين وعندئذ يحق لهم
الرجوع على المدين بحصته
فيه.
